# Pull analytics into your BI

> Load tour funnels, channel sales and site traffic into Looker Studio, Power BI, a spreadsheet or your warehouse.

Your key needs `analytics:read`. Add `finance:read` if you also want daily sales per channel from `/api/v1/sales`.

**Step 1. Pull tours per surface and day**

One row per tour, surface (a site or a sales channel) and UTC day, with the funnel, bookings, revenue and conversion rates.

**Step 2. Pull site traffic**

**Step 3. Schedule a daily load**

Once a day, load yesterday (UTC) and replace that day in your table.

## Limits

- At most 400 days per request. Split longer ranges.
- 2 analytics requests at a time per key. More answer 429 with `Retry-After`.
- Money is EUR in minor units (`revenue_minor`: divide by 100). Days are UTC.
- The rollups refresh every five minutes.
