Full description
Your tour starts with either a pickup from your hotel in Kirkenes, or meeting up at the Snow Resort dog yard.
Before heading out, your guide will provide warm clothing, safety instructions, and you'll be introduced to your husky team that will pull your sled. Two guests share each sled, driven by an experienced musher. The trail will guide you across the frozen fjord away from all light pollution. A short break at a gapahuk allows the dogs to rest and gives you time to enjoy the views and listen to stories from your guide. If the northern lights appear, we will pause to admire and photograph the display. After the tour, you'll make your return to the dog yard, and your driver takes you back to your hotel in Kirkenes.
