Your adventure begins with a comfortable 90-minute bus ride from Tromsø, transporting you to the remote and breathtaking Tamok Valley, where our wilderness camp is nestled.

Upon arrival, your experienced guide will greet you and provide thermal suits, boots, and gloves to ensure you stay warm and comfortable in the Arctic winter. After a short transfer by minibus, you’ll meet our friendly reindeer herd, a small group of 5-6 reindeer, ready to take you on a gentle sledding tour through the snowy landscape.Your guide will share fascinating stories about Sami culture, traditions, and the deep connection between the Sami people and their reindeer. You’ll even have the chance to feed the animals, creating a personal connection with these iconic Arctic creatures.

After your sledding adventure, return to Camo Tamok and relax in a traditional Sámi lavvu, a cozy indigenous tent. Enjoy a warm meal and hot drinks by the fire, sharing stories of your adventure with fellow travelers.
