Experience the Arctic the traditional Sámi way — glide across the snow on a sled pulled by a majestic reindeer, just outside Tromsø. The reindeer at our camp carry unusually large antlers, giving them a truly majestic look that makes for unforgettable photos.
What sets us apart is that we keep groups small, so you have your own personal guide throughout — no mass tourism, and a calmer environment for the animals.
Upon arrival you take your reindeer sled ride through the snow-covered landscape, then continue museum-style from station to station with your guide. Step inside a traditional Sámi lavvo for around 30 minutes of storytelling told by Sámi people, and warm up before heading back.
Your guide is also a professional photographer and will capture high-quality photos of you with the reindeer and on your sled ride, so you leave with lasting memories.
NB! You cannot drive to the camp yourself — you join our organized tour from the meeting point. We don't provide baby seats for the transport; please bring your own.
